Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments
- All treatments require a confirmed booking. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment for all permanent makeup and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
- We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.
Consent & Medical Policy
Health Disclosure
- You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities during consultation.
- Treatments may be refused if contraindicated for your health (e.g., pregnancy, active infections, certain medications).
Consent Form
- All clients must sign a digital consent form before treatment.
- The form includes:
• Acknowledgement of procedure risks
• Aftercare instructions
• Photo consent (for before/after documentation)
• Liability waiver
Age Requirement
- Clients must be 18+ for all treatments. Valid ID required.
Payment Policy
- Accepted Methods: Cash, EFT, Credit/Debit Card, SnapScan
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date (with 48h notice).
- Full payment is due on the day of service for treatments under R800.
- Package deals require full upfront payment.
Aftercare & Results Policy
- Results vary by individual. We guarantee our technique — not your skin’s response.
- Touch-ups for permanent makeup are included within 8 weeks of initial session.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction due to:
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Unrealistic expectations
• Natural fading over time
- We provide detailed written aftercare instructions for every treatment.
Privacy Policy
- Your personal data (name, contact, medical info) is never shared with third parties.
- Photos are used only with explicit consent for portfolio/marketing.
- All records are stored securely in compliance with POPIA (South Africa’s data protection law).
